After carrying out administrative tasks in various companies, in 2007 he joined the case Control area in the ACOPAT Control Department, performing control functions in cases of Trademarks, Patents and Designs, and monitoring and maintenance of Industrial Property Rights.
He currently works in the National Department of ACOPAT, focusing on Spanish Trademarks and Designs: from the initial assessment process to the obtention of their Registration and administrative defence. He is an expert in preliminary claims for infringement of Trademark and Design, as well as identity theft on the Internet or social networks. In addition, he performs monitoring tasks on Trademarks and Domains.
He coordinates the Department of Validations of European Patents and PCT supervising compliance with all legal requirements.
He regularly attends national and international events on Industrial Property organised by specialised entities such as EUIPO; AIPPI; INTA; COAPI; AGESORPI as well as by Business Schools and Business Forums.
